TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of services

The Portal Amsterdam offers body-based sessions focused on awareness, relaxation, and embodied experience.
The sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

By booking a session, you confirm that you take responsibility for your own physical and emotional well-being.

2. Booking & payment

Sessions are booked via the online booking system.
Payment is required in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and confirmation has been sent.

3. Health & responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing The Portal Amsterdam of any relevant physical or mental conditions via the health waiver provided after booking.

If there is any doubt about whether a session is appropriate, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

The Portal Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. Personal boundaries
All sessions are conducted with respect, consent, and clear boundaries.
Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Liability
The Portal Amsterdam cannot be held liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in a session, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, The Portal reserves the right to reschedule sessions without liability.

6. Changes

The Portal Amsterdam reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on the website.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations by the client

If you cancel your session, the following policy applies:

More than 72 hours before the session
→ 75% refund or reschedule without additional cost
Between 72 and 48 hours before the session
→ 50% refund or reschedule without additional cost
Less than 48 hours before the session
→ The session fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled
No-shows
→ Charged in full (no refund)

This policy reflects the preparation and time reserved specifically for you.

Cancellations by The Portal Amsterdam

In rare cases, a session may need to be cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
In this case, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
The full session fee remains applicable.
