Long strokes, rhythmic sequences and continuous movement support overall circulation, muscular ease and a sense of physical coherence. Often chosen when: You feel generally overworked, mentally tired or physically depleted, and need your system to reset rather than be pushed. Experience: Fluid, grounding and restorative. Pressure is adjusted intuitively, with attention to breath, rhythm and whole-body integration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the client If you cancel your session, the following policy applies: More than 72 hours before the session → 75% refund or reschedule without additional cost Between 72 and 48 hours before the session → 50% refund or reschedule without additional cost Less than 48 hours before the session → The session fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled No-shows → Charged in full (no refund) This policy reflects the preparation and time reserved specifically for you. Cancellations by The Portal Amsterdam In rare cases, a session may need to be cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.​​ Late arrival If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee remains applicable.
