Service Description
This work is for those who sense that something in their body is ready to change — not through relaxation, but through awareness and direct engagement. Sessions focus on developing attention to physical patterns, habitual responses and the ways tension is actively maintained. Rather than working on the body, the work invites the body to participate, creating space for increased presence, choice and agency. The trajectory unfolds over time, responding to what becomes visible as attention deepens. Pressure, touch and guidance are used precisely, not to fix, but to reveal where energy is held and how it can be redirected. Change is not imposed. It emerges from willingness — the willingness to feel, to notice, and to interrupt familiar patterns. The trajectory begins with an initial intake session to clarify intention, readiness and boundaries. Subsequent sessions develop in dialogue, without fixed protocols or predefined outcomes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the client If you cancel your session, the following policy applies: More than 72 hours before the session → 75% refund or reschedule without additional cost Between 72 and 48 hours before the session → 50% refund or reschedule without additional cost Less than 48 hours before the session → The session fee is non-refundable and the appointment cannot be rescheduled No-shows → Charged in full (no refund) This policy reflects the preparation and time reserved specifically for you. Cancellations by The Portal Amsterdam In rare cases, a session may need to be cancelled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. Late arrival If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee remains applicable.
